Greetings from Osaka Kyoiku University.
Today, we would like to inform you about the public presentation event by exchange students.
OKU was selected for a JASSO scholarship project designed for incoming exchange students in December 2024. Among the exchange students who arrived in the fall of 2024, those who wished to participate joined this initiative.
This project brought together exchange students from various countries and regions. Participants visited historical war sites and museums across Japan, with a focus on observing objectively and critically what is exhibited and how history is narrated. Through this process, they explored what each site aims to convey and what visitors can learn from it, ultimately reflecting on the meaning of peace.
We will hold a presentation session for this project, which began in December 2024, on the following date.
The event will also be streamed online, so we warmly invite you to watch the presentations by exchange students from your institution, if you are interested.
