Review Reference Lists for Quality or Doubtful Conferences: Some organizations and individuals create reference lists based on specific purposes and needs. You can consult these lists before registering or submitting.

◎ After Registration/Submission

Refer to the "Academic Ethics -Predatory Journals and Conferences" section by Academia Sinica, which cites advice from the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute's (OHRI) Journalology webpage.

If faculty or students have already submitted to a predatory journal, they should take the following actions to avoid further harm:

Do not pay the publication fee.

Do not sign the copyright agreement.

Request the withdrawal/retraction of the paper.

Do not pay the withdrawal/retraction fee.

Actively disclose this submission experience when submitting to other journals in the future.
