Industry-academia collaboration division administrative affairs and data reporting: 1-1 Budget preparation, reimbursement, and property management for the Division of Industry-Academia Collaboration. 1-2 Handling official documents related to the Division of Industry-Academia Collaboration. 1-3 Reporting on the affairs of the Division of Industry-Academia Collaboration for various university committee meetings. 1-4 Handling the reporting of industry-academia collaboration performance metrics. 2. Industry-academia collaboration and other non-NSTC/MOE-subsidized projects: 2-1 Drafting regulations related to industry education cooperation and industry-academia collaboration. 2-2 Handling matters related to NSTC subsidized industry-academia collaboration projects, including application, contract signing, request for disbursement, execution, and finalization. 2-3 Handling matters related to various government unit (non-NSTC, non-MOE) commissioned projects and general corporate industry-academia collaboration projects, including application, contract signing, request for disbursement, execution, and finalization. 2-4 Handling applications for university-subsidized industry-academia collaboration projects. 2-5 Organizing briefing sessions for industry-academia collaboration projects. 3. Research and development (R&D) outcome affairs: 3-1 Convening the R&D outcome management and promotion committee. 3-2 Handling the university's patent application, maintenance, and assignment processes. 3-3 Handling the university's technology licensing, copyright licensing, and registration on the NSTC STRIKE system. 3-4 Handling internal technology inventory and industry information dissemination. 3-5 Handling the university's R&D outcome matching and promotion activities. 4. Other assigned tasks from the Office: 4-1 Handling the management and evaluation of the university's academic research centers. 4-2 Serving as the overall coordinator for the Ministry of Education's university school affairs database reporting and managing the verification of university-wide forms. 5. Matters related to the Innovation Incubation Center.
